Use this form to request an ePermits account that will allow you to pay permit and review fees

Account Information

Step 1: Choose Your Username. Your username must have six or more characters and is case sensitive.
You must provide an alternate username in case your preferred username is already taken.

Step 2: Pick a security question

The business name must match the Washington State Contractor License provided.
If setting up prior to permit submittal type PENDING.
