Teaching people of all ages how to wisely use this important, life-giving natural resource is what Vancouver's Water Resources Education Center is all about.

Science in the Park
Wednesdays, July 8 – Aug. 12

Science in the Park, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., is a special learning treat awaiting families who enjoy Vancouver's summertime Noon Concert Series, at Esther Short Park. Kids can explore what different scientists do each week!

Reading in the “Wild” – August Reading Series for Kids
Tuesdays, Aug. 4  – 25

Join us for this new, free outdoor reading series for kids ages 3 to 6 years old. Come to the Water Resources Education Center each Tuesday in August for story time and outside adventures. We read, and you explore! 

Southwest Washington Watercolor Society Art Display
June 2 – July 31, 2015

The Southwest Washington Watercolor Society presents a selection of paintings with an emphasis on beautiful wildlife in and around water settings in our community. The show will be available for public viewing at the Water Resources Education Center from June 2 to July 31.
