Site Development Permit (Grading) Checklist
Plans
Show in detail that the work will conform to all applicable standards and regulations per the IBC.
Please note that no new stormwater structures will be approved on the plan.
Grading Plan
- Grading Approval Block with quantities:
- Cubic yards of Cut
- Cubic yards of Fill
- Hard Surface Area
- Identifying Information
- Applicant Name and Phone Number
- Project Name
- Site Address including Suite Number
- Tax Property Identification Number
- Site Zoning Designation
- Plan Details
- Property lines and easements
- Location of existing and proposed structures including:
- Buildings
- Fences
- Pools
- Retaining walls
- Location of existing utilities
- Existing and proposed contours
- Erosion control measures
- Location of trees and vegetation with protection measures noted
- Location of drainage and stream courses
If the site is located in a Critical Area, plans must also include:
- Sensitive Area Delineation
- Setbacks or distance from property line to top and toe of slopes
