This multipurpose space, made possible in part by the City’s Affordable Housing Fund, will serve as a community resource hub and small business incubator for the Fourth Plain area. The Commons features a commercial kitchen, indoor public event and shared office space, and an outdoor event space. The upper floors consist of 106 units of affordable housing managed by the Vancouver Housing Authority.
