Affordable Housing Fund

The City of Vancouver is excited to announce the opening of the 2024 Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) application to support affordable housing in our community. This funding opportunity aims to increase affordable housing for people experiencing low-income (households earning below 50% of the Area Median Income) in the City of Vancouver. Eligible project types include multi-family housing development, housing acquisition and preservation, rental assistance, other housing services, and homeownership. We encourage organizations, developers, non-profits, and other interested parties with projects aligned with the goal of creating affordable housing solutions to apply for this opportunity.
