Building and Electrical Code Update
2021 I-Codes will be effective, Friday, March 15, 2024
To be vested under the current edition of the codes (2018), applications must meet the following requirements:

| Friday, March 29, 2024 | Pay plan review fees |
| Friday, April 12, 2024 | Upload all construction plans and documents |

2023 NEC, National Electrical Code, will be effective, Monday, April 1, 2024
If electrical work is part of a building application it is vested to the 2020 NEC, if the building application meets the requirements outlined above.
