1. Site Plan

2. Labor and Industries (L&I) Approved Stamped Construction Plans
3. Foundation Plan (private lot only)

Documents

1. Signed and Dated New Residential Structure Application Form (PDF)
2. Upload a copy of your Request for Utility Services Report or Pre-Application Conference Report completed within the last 365 days (or if you have land use approval within the last 7 years, upload your approved staff report).
   • If your project is for the replacement of an existing modular or mobile home or in an approved park, then the requirement for an RUS is waived.
3. Completed Stormwater Applicability Form (PDF)
